The university has invested generously in it's  infrastructure to achieve these aspirations. One of the most important things done in this area is the  central Library building, which is by opinion one of the best libraries in the region by all standards. Adjacent to the library is the building, which hosts deanships and various aspects of the University. The university seeks to give an additional aesthetic to the library in the form of a monument to be among these buildings, and landmark.

The concept of the project is to reflect an appreciation and thanks for all educational and administrative individuals,  who are all regarded as the pillars of this scientific edifice.  Proportionality and compatibility within the current design of the library buildings are designed by architect Rasim Badran.

The cost is statistically lower compared to other candidates projects, which in turn will save the university money. This is also one of the most important features that has been working for it so that the project is completed at the lowest cost.
